Principal Consultant, 6S ConsultingI’ve lived the MSP journey, from frontline technician to leadership, through mergers, rapid growth, and the chaos that comes with scale.I started my career hands-on: in the tools, working tickets, solving problems. Over the years, I moved into management, then executive leadership, building teams, leading strategic initiatives, and guiding MSPs through real transformation. I’ve helped scale MSPs across Canada, supported M&A integrations, and led operational overhauls from the inside.That experience shaped what I do now.At 6S Consulting, I work with MSPs that are stuck in growth or drowning in operations.
